FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: pumping unit includes framework made of frame and support, electric motor, reducing gear unit, cranking mechanism, balancer with counter weight and suspension connected to the rod string. Suspension is made in a form of a tape, for example, metal tape fixed with one end at the framework and with the other end at the rod string. The tape encircles two guiding pulleys, one of which is mounted on the balancer and the other - on the bracket located on the frame. Pumping unit allows shortly (up to 3) increase the length of rod string stroke due to the use of the tape as suspension and guiding pulleys. Presence of two tapes with the corresponding guiding pulleys provides the actuator of two bottom-hole pumps with the necessary individual intensity of fluid withdrawal. Tape attachment at the framework of the pumping unit provides discrete changing of stroke length of the corresponding rod strings. The device substitutes long-stroke actuators as well as in some cases two pumping units at simultaneous separate operation of two formations of one well. ^ EFFECT: increase of equipment reliability, decrease of metal consumption and cost. ^ 3 cl, 3 dwg |
