摘要 The present invention relates to an evaporative concentration system using a cylindrical heat pipe capable of remarkably expanding the heating area by arranging multiple cylinders in a cylindrical arrangement and minimizing the generation of scale in heat exchange due to the generation of strong turbulence in a heating side in rotation. More particularly, in the evaporative concentration system of the present invention, an undiluted solution inlet, a steam outlet and an outlet for concentrated sludge are arranged on the upper and lower side of a cylindrical fuselage where the top and bottom are sealed, a shaft of a hollow form inside the cylindrical fuselage interlocked by a driving motor and making the heat exchange means rotating, stirring and operating. The heat exchange means having a radical shape of a boss of the shaft includes a distributing pipe for distributing steam in all directions because a hollow steam distribution shaft is protruded in a conformal manner on the upper part, and an inducing pipe is connected to a hollow inducing shaft of condensed water on the lower part. The distributing pipe made in a hollow form for the up and down sides of the distribution shaft and the inducing shaft to be in touch with each other and the inducing pipe are inserted at predetermined intervals on the same radius. A plurality of heat exchange means are spaced at regular intervals around the boss of the shaft for the distributing pipe and inducing pipe to be in touch with. The configuration of the present invention expands and provides heating area by multiple cylindrical heating exchange means inside the fuselage, and maximizes heat exchange efficiency by rotating and stirring the heating area so that the system of the present invention can process highly concentrated solution in bulk.
