摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial double-stranded nucleic acid that exhibits an excellent RNA interference effect on a virus such as an HIV being easily mutated and having high diversity, and has high nuclease resistance and intracellular introduction efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The artificial double-stranded nucleic acid includes: an anti-sense chain nucleic acid of 15-30 base length containing a base sequence complementary to a base sequence of at least 15 continuous bases of a target base sequence composed of a base sequence in which one to several bases are substituted, deleted or added in a specific base sequence; and a sense chain nucleic acid of 15-30 base length containing a base sequence complementary to the anti-sense chain nucleic acid in which at least one cytosine in the anti-sense chain or the sense chain is substituted with a bicyclic cytosine derivative. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
