<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic apparatus for enhancing safety when a vehicle is moved backward. <P>SOLUTION: An on-vehicle electronic apparatus includes: a communication part 11 for performing communication with a portable telephone 8; a control part 12 connected to the communication part 11; an operation part 13 connected to the control part 12; a voice processing part 16; a microphone 9 connected to the voice processing part 16; and an acoustic speaker 10.
