PURPOSE: A content relay system, a content relay server, a streaming server, and a user terminal are provided to supply a function for reproducing content to various IT devices and an open type API which combines a billing system. CONSTITUTION: If the use of digital content of a user terminal(100) is requested from an open API(Application Programming Interface) module of a user terminal, an authentication unit confirms whether a user is an effective user. The authentication unit transmits use right information of the digital content. A streaming server(500) supplies the digital content to the user terminal through streaming service. In case use right information is received from the user terminal, the streaming server supplies the streaming service.
