PURPOSE: A payment splitting method using a credit card and a communication terminal and a system thereof are provided to eliminate the need to perform cash transactions between a representative and sharers as the sharers shares a payment through a communication charge. CONSTITUTION: A card company server receives a sharing request for a payment from a representative terminal(S10). The card company server sends the sharing request to a communication company server(S20). The communication company server sends a payment request for a shared payment to a sharer terminal(S30). The communication company server receives the approval or the refusal of the payment request from the sharer terminal(S40).
