<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a remote controller for a care bed. <P>SOLUTION: The remote controller (1) for a care bed used for putting a back part or the receiving bases (5) of leg parts to an upward position or horizontal position or to an higher position or a lower position includes legs (22, 23) formed on the rear surface of a controller body (21) with a vertical space between them. The vertical space between the legs (22, 23) is identical to the vertical space between the lateral rails (13 to 16) of a side fence (6) formed in the care bed (2). The upper and lower legs (22, 23) can be locked on the upper and lower lateral rails (13 to 16) of the side fence (6). The controller body (21) is provided with a hook (24). The vertical spaces between the hook (24) and the legs (22, 23) are identical to the vertical spaces between the lateral rails (13 to 16) of the side fence (6) formed in the care bed (2).
