<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a back lid supporting device for a grand piano in which a back lid prop stick can be locked surely to an opened back lid and locking and unlocking can easily be performed. <P>SOLUTION: A back lid supporting device comprises: a back lid prop stick 11 of which the distal end portion is mounted to a side plate 7 freely rotatable, for supporting an opened back lid 3 in a distal end portion 11a; a prop stick receiver 21 which is fixed to a lower face of the back lid 3 and to which the distal end portion 11a of the back lid prop stick 11 is engaged when supporting the back lid 3 with the back lid prop stick 11; and lock means 10 which locks the distal end portion 11a of the back lid prop stick 11 to the prop stick receiver 21. The lock means 10 is provided to freely appear and disappear in the back lid prop stick 11 and has a lock pawl 12 which is protruded when the distal end portion 11a of the back lid prop stick 11 is engaged with the prop stick receiver 21, to lock the distal end portion 11a of the back lid prop stick 11 to the prop stick receiver 21 in the state of preventing the back lid prop stick from being dropped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
