<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for an organic solar cell active layer capable of stably and simply forming an active layer having high energy conversion efficiency, an organic solar cell having high energy conversion efficiency, and a manufacturing method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an organic solar cell 1 which has an active layer 3 in which an inorganic semiconductor compound 6 is in an organic semiconductor compound 5 and in which an area ratio of the inorganic semiconductor compound 6 in a region 3' from a surface at a negative electrode 2 side to a thickness of 20% of the film thickness in a cross section in a thickness direction of the active layer 3, is 75-100%, comprises a step for forming the active layer at the negative electrode side by applying an ink for the active layer at the negative electrode 2 side containing 75-100 vol% of the inorganic semiconductor compound to the organic semiconductor compound 5 so that its thickness becomes a thickness of 50% or less of the active layer from the surface of the negative electrode 2 side, and drying it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
