The purpose of the present invention is to provide a liquid crystal display device suitable for a thin film transistor using an oxide semiconductor. In the liquid crystal display device with the thin film transistor including an oxide semiconductor layer, a film with a function to attenuate the light sensitivity of transmitting visible rays is used for an interlayer film covering the oxide semiconductor layer. A coloring layer is used as the film with the function to attenuate the light sensitivity of the transmitting visible rays. A light transmitting chromatic color resin layer is more suitable. Also, the interlayer film includes the light transmitting chromatic color resin layer and a shielding layer. The shielding layer is used as the film with the function to attenuate the light sensitivity of the transmitting visible rays. Among a pixel electrode layer and a common electrode layer, one layer formed on the upper side has an opening pattern shape and the other layer formed on the lower side has a flat plate shape. |
