PURPOSE: A remote power reset control method is provided to enable a user to simply control a power reset process of a communication apparatus in a remote site by using a telecommunication network. CONSTITUTION: A user connects a call to a remote power control unit(10) in a remote site by using a telephone terminal(20). A remote power control apparatus authenticates the telephone terminal through password. The remote power control apparatus transmits a blackout notification message to the telephone terminal in case of a blackout. The remote power control apparatus transmits a power reset control guide message to the telephone terminal when power is not gone. The remote control reset control apparatus resets communication apparatus power.
