PURPOSE: A bending type wheel power meter is provided to use a normal strain gauge, thereby independently measuring loads by using one bridge circuit using the four strain gauges per each shaft. CONSTITUTION: A bending type wheel power meter comprises an inner ring(110), an outer ring(120), four sensing beams(130a,130b,130c,130d), and a sensing member(140). The outer ring and the inner ring are concentric. The four sensing beams are arranged between the inner and outer rings at 90 degrees, thereby tensilely and compressively transformed. The sensing member comprises a plurality of strain gauges. The strain gauges are arranged in the four sensing beams and measure components of a force and moment.
