PURPOSE: A sealing device for a rod gland of a hot blast valve is provided to prevent air leakage by assembling unit bodies such that rod sealing members of unit bodies tightly enclose a rod. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device for a rod gland of a hot blast valve combines unit bodies(10,10') and seals a gland of a rod. Each unit body includes a body member(100) in which a space is provided to accommodate a gland and an air leakage protection sealing unit(200) which closes the inner side of the combined unit bodies.
