PURPOSE: A motor-driven power steering system for a vehicle is provided to improve productivity by modularizing a driven unit which is in gear with a screw bar. CONSTITUTION: A motor-driven power steering system(1) for a vehicle comprises a drive pulley(16), a driven pulley(32), a ball nut unit(40), and a bearing unit(60). The drive pulley is rotated when a drive motor(12) is operated. The driven pulley is connected to the drive pulley using a belt member(20). The outer side of the ball nut unit is coupled to the driven pulley, and the inner side is in gear with a screw rack bar(50). The bearing unit surrounds the outer side of the ball nut unit. |
