<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provision system, capable of smoothly providing a service by the improvement of reaction to an operational input of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A server measures a time produced when communicating with a client device, as a delay time, and on receipt of a control command to instruct a predetermined order transmitted from the client device, determines a prediction command, which is a control command associated with the received control command, and identifies distribution data corresponding to the received control command and predicted distribution data corresponding to the prediction command.
