PURPOSE: Driving record auxiliary apparatus for transportation means is provided to use cradle of simple structure introducing periscope principle, thereby implement photographing and recording of front image of transportation means by camera of mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: Mobile terminal(500) including camera is mounted on settling portion(110). Lens opening portion(120) forms hole on the settling portion. The lens opening portion exposes lens of the camera. If the settling portion forms specific angle with horizontal line, reflector/refractor(130) provides the image which is refracted due to refraction of image of front, to the lens.
