<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition, excellent in adhesiveness to various materials and capable of also bonding a complicated bonded surface. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises: (A) an acid-modified hydrogenated thermoplastic styrene elastomer prepared by acid modification of a hydrogenated product (Z) of a block copolymer (z) comprising a block unit (s) of a polymer comprising a styrene monomer and a block unit (b) of a polymer comprising a conjugated diene compound; and (B) at least one kind of component selected from the group consisting of (b-1) 1 to 100 pts.mass of an acid-modified olefin resin, (b-2) 10 to 200 pts.mass of a high fluidity olefin thermoplastic elastomer, and (b-3) 10 to 200 pts.mass of an acid-modified olefin thermoplastic elastomer, with respect to 100 pts.mass of the acid-modified hydrogenated thermoplastic styrene elastomer.
