CONTENT STICKING PREVENTIVE LID MATERIAL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material which: is applied mainly to a cup-shaped container for beverages such as a coffee beverage; maintains good heat sealability and sealing performance; effectively prevents the beverage being contents thereof from being stuck to a back surface of a lid using this lid material; is improved in adhesiveness of a content sticking preventive layer; and exhibits an excellent adequacy for sterilization treatment using a sterilizing liquid such as oxygenated water.

SOLUTION: This lid material has the content sticking preventive layer 6 composed of hydrophobic fine particles on the outside surface of a heat sealing layer 5. The content sticking preventive layer 6 is formed to have such a heat sealing layer component-impregnated zone 8 that a constituent component of the heat sealing layer intrudes into void parts 7 among the hydrophobic fine particles over a predetermined thickness range on the side of the heat sealing layer 5. Since the heat sealing layer component-impregnated zone is formed, the water repellency of the outermost surface layer thereof is made lower and the water contact angle is set to be a predetermined value less than 100-150°.
