<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact, space-efficient power conversion device by using innovation in arrangement of constitutional devices such as semiconductor elements. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a power conversion device comprising: 3 phases of semiconductor elements 1, each phase including 3 semiconductor elements; a conductor 2 configured to electrically connect a plurality of semiconductor elements 1 included in the semiconductor elements 1; and a gate line 3 configured to supply power to the semiconductor elements 1. The semiconductor elements 1 form one phase by being arranged at upper and lower stages.
