PURPOSE: A medium deposit and withdrawal machine and a teller machine are provided to prevent damage of a clutch shaft by preventing transfer of a rotation force from a clutch shaft to a driving motor by making idling of a clutch shaft when if a shutter rotates due to an external force. CONSTITUTION: A medium deposit and withdrawal machine includes a driving motor(21), a driving gear(22), a shutter(23), a shutter gear(24), a transfer gear(25), a clutch shaft(26), a first clutch gear(27) and a second clutch gear(28). The shutter opens and closes a medium entrance space. The shutter gear rotates a shutter by being connected with one side of the shutter. The clutch shaft is directly or indirectly connected with the shutter gear and forms at least more than one protrusion in the outer surface. The first clutch gear is rotatably combined with the clutch shaft, connected with the driving motor, forms a plurality of contact units in one side and locates the protrusion in the space between the plurality of contact units. |
