PURPOSE: An actuator for an electric parking brake is provided to simplify the manufacturing process of a part and reduce manufacturing costs by manufacturing multiple fixed axes and a carrier plate to be in one body through a sintering process. CONSTITUTION: An actuator for an electric parking brake(100) comprises a motor(110), a case(120), a power transmission unit(130), a housing(140), and an output unit(150). The motor is installed on an exterior wall of the case. The case accommodates the output unit. The power transmission unit is encased in the housing, is settled in the inner side of the case, and connects the motor with the output unit. The housing accommodates the power transmission unit, is settled in the case, and comprises a gear portion(141) inside. The output unit comprises a connection shaft(151), a planetary gear(152), a carrier plate(153), and an output shaft(154). The connection shaft is fixed to the power transmission unit. The planetary gear is interlocked with the gear portion. The carrier plate comprises multiple fixing shafts for fixing the planetary gear. The output shaft is fixed to the carrier plate. |
