PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an artificial structure is provided to increase the content of a fiber raw material without loss of water resistance, cold resistance, and oil resistance and to have excellent strength, thereby providing an environmentally friendly artificial structure. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an artificial structure using waste plastic comprises a process of fiberizing fiber raw material which consists of a single material or a mixture selected from rice straw fiber, corn fiber, and waste polymer fiber; a process of denaturing a waste thermoplastic resin-based plastic material; a process of mulling the waste thermoplastic resin-based plastic material and fiber raw material; a mixed process of heating and mixing the mulled material; and a post process of processing the mixture.
