PURPOSE: A stainless steel coil paper creep preventing apparatus using multiple eccentric rolls is provided to use two eccentric rolls to apply vibration to a coil paper for removing the creep on the paper which is wound together with a stainless steel strip by a winder on the exit of a stainless steel cold rolling line, thereby preventing surface defects. CONSTITUTION: A stainless steel coil paper creep preventing apparatus includes a first eccentric deflector roll(110) and a second eccentric deflector roll(120). The first eccentric deflector roll is positioned in between a paper unwinder(2) and a tension reel(4), and rotates with the contacted paper. The second eccentric deflector roll is positioned in between the tension reel(4) and the first eccentric deflector roll, and rotates with the contacted paper. The first eccentric deflector roll and the second deflector roll are eccentric rolls. |
