摘要 PURPOSE: A device for testing a quantity of the airflow of a turbocharger is provided to fix the turbocharger of various forms, thereby testing a bearing, ring, and the adherence and abrasion of a piston by testing the quantity of the air flow of the turbocharger. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing a quantity of the airflow of a turbocharger comprises a plate(300), a jig(700), a fixing plate(800), a compressor, a control panel, and a controller. A fixing plate fixing hole is formed in the plate. The jig is composed of an inflow body(710), an outflow body(720), and connectors(711,712). The inflow body supplies compressed air to an inlet through an inflow tube. The outflow body discharges the compressed air to an outlet through an outflow tube. The connectors connect the inflow body and the outflow body positioned in both sides of the turbocharger, thereby fixing the same. The fixing plate is fixed by being joined to the lower part of a turbine of the turbocharger and seated in the fixing plate fixing hole of the plate. The compressor applies compressed air to the inflow tube of the jig. The control panel sets an airflow quantity test function and indicates a test result. The controller supplies compressed air to the inflow tube by being operated by a test program which is programmed in advance according to a command input through the control panel, proceeds with a test, and provides the result to the control panel.
