摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical sheet capable of improving contrast by suppressing uneven distribution of colored particles in a groove. <P>SOLUTION: One embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing an optical sheet 6 comprising light transmitting parts 2 arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals and light absorbing parts 5 arranged in parallel between the light transmitting parts 2. The method comprises the steps of: forming the light transmitting parts 2 in which a plurality of grooves 3 are arranged in parallel on the surface; and filling a colored ink composition 4 containing an ionizing radiation curing-type resin composition and colored particles into the grooves 3. The difference in surface tension between the ionizing radiation curing-type resin composition and the light absorbing parts 2 is -1.0 mN/m or less, the colored particles in the colored ink composition 4 has a degree of dispersion of 15 &mu;m or less, and the difference in surface tension between the colored ink composition and the ionizing radiation curing-type resin composition is -4.5 to 0 mN/m. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
