<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radio communication system, radio base station device and radio communication method, capable of achieving high transmission efficiency with a suppressed calculation load related to CoMP scheduling. <P>SOLUTION: The radio communication system includes a plurality of radio base station devices and a user terminal configured to be able to perform cooperative multipoint transmission and reception with the plurality of radio base station devices. Each radio base station device includes: a calculation unit (420) for calculating the priority of candidate patterns for radio resource allocation determined based on candidate cell information, indicative of cell candidates for cooperative multipoint transmission, notified from the user terminal; and a scheduling unit (421) for scheduling based on the priority calculated in the calculation unit.
