PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of generating a charged fine particle water, having high adsorbent properties and a long life in air irrespective of containing radicals, and capable of extremely effectively obtaining an action by containing the adsorbent properties and radicals.SOLUTION: A method of generating a charged fine particle water includes: applying a high voltage to an electrode holding water; generating the charged fine particle water by microfabricating the water into a nanometer size; and achieving a long life by making the charged fine particle water contain the radicals. |
