<p>The invention relates to a pivoting handle (1) for a kitchen vessel (2) comprising a mounting base (3) and also a grasping member (5) held on said base by a first journal (21) about which it can tilt between a first, grasping angular position and a second, rest angular position, said handle being provided with a first lock (25) mounted such that it can move in alternation between a locking position, in which it prevents the grasping member (5) from changing angular position, and a releasing position, in which it allows the grasping member (5) to move from its first angular position to its second angular position, the first journal (21) having a release recess (70), inside which the first lock (25) can disengage, by moving at least partially towards the inside of said release recess, in order to pass from its locking position into its releasing position.</p> |
