摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting joint that facilitates connecting work and prevents mixing of air into a cryogenic fluid, gas leakage to air, and frost formation on the connecting joint.SOLUTION: An outer periphery of an insertion pipe part 14 formed close to the tip of a male type connecting joint 6 is airtightly and slidably covered with an overcoat pipe 15. The connecting joint includes: a receiving tool R fixed to the overcoat pipe 15 and a connecting and fixing tool 48 to be fixed to the receiving tool R; a guide rod 45 that allows the connecting and fixing tool 48 to slide and move parallel to the insertion pipe part 14; and a guide mechanism 16, which is configured by engraving engaging portions in the guide rod 45 to be correspond to a position, where the insertion pipe part 14 go in/out farthest, and a contact position where the top end face of the insertion pipe part 14 comes into contact with an outer peripheral surface of a ball valve 18, and relatively fixing an engaging pin 44 to be engaged with the engaging portions to the connecting and fixing tool 48.
