PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an existing decorative component has an insulating part, the whole surface of which is formed with a conductive material so that a decorating part provides a metallic-colored appearance, but the conductive material allows a current to flow therethrough and an electromagnetic wave radiated to the decorating part causes losses, which results in insufficient antenna characteristics.SOLUTION: A decorative component providing sufficient metallic luster without blocking an electromagnetic wave is obtained such that a semiconductor layer or semi-metal layer having a film thickness of 5-100 nm selected from a group consisting of germanium Ge, an alpha-tin α-Sn, selenium Se and tellurium Te, having an average transmission rate of 5% or less and an average reflectance of 40% or more in a wavelength of 400-800 nm, and having an electrical conductivity of 10S/m or less is formed at a surface of a member. |
