PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a screen drawn, viewpoint information used for drawing of the screen, and a depth buffer corresponding to the screen sequentially.SOLUTION: The video distribution server sets an evaluation pixel for each of a plurality of blocks obtained by dividing a first screen acquired, and specifies the screen coordinate and the depth value in a second screen acquired before a first screen for a drawing object drawn in the evaluation pixel. The video distribution server compares the depth value of screen coordinate and the depth value of a drawing object drawn in the evaluation pixel, in a depth buffer corresponding to a second screen, and determines to perform inter-frame encoding between the second screen for a block where two depth values are considered to be identical. The video distribution server transmits encoded detail information including the viewpoint information used for drawing a first screen, the depth buffer corresponding to the first screen, and the information indicating whether or not inter-frame encoding is performed for each block of the first screen, to an external device. |
