PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a twist frequency per unit length of a torsion shaft in a set force limiter load, even when arranging a lock part and a pretensioner mechanism via a spool.SOLUTION: In a webbing winder 10, when a spool is relatively rotated in the pulling-out direction to a lock base 52, one end of a trigger wire 76 slides on an inclined part 75 of a cam part 72, and the trigger wire 76 is moved to the other side in the axial direction of the spool. The trigger wire 76 presses a sub-torsion shaft 42, and the sub-torsion shaft 42 is moved to the other side in the axial direction of the spool. Thus, the sub-torsion shaft 42 and a lock ring of a switching mechanism are connected, and the force limiter load is set in a high load or a low load. Thus, on and after this, since rotation in the pulling-out direction of the spool is allowed in the force limiter load or more, the twist frequency per the unit length of the torsion shaft 34 can be secured. |
