PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform live migration in an I/O pass-through system while coping with an exclusive control system in a storage.SOLUTION: A physical HBA is divided into a logical HBA and an alternative logical HBA for LU access of a virtual computer. A hypervisor, in migrating the virtual computer, causes a storage controller to register key information registered paired with the logical HBA also in the alternative logical HBA to permit LU access from the alternative logical HBA. During migration, LU access is performed from the alternative logical HBA. |
