PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a dental implant capable of being early stabilized after implantation by including strength capable of sufficiently bearing masticatory force, and early binding properties and affinity with gum.SOLUTION: By melt-spraying and covering a core material in a state based on a melting point of calcium phosphate having a lower melting point of calcium-phosphate-based compounds by a material containing the calcium-phosphate-based compounds having different melting points, and performing hydrothermal treatment, a melt-spray covering layer covered with crystal columns in each of which acicular and/or columnar crystals of the calcium-phosphate-based compound each having a length of 2-7 μm are arranged in a prescribed direction, and a group of the crystals radially extending from the core material surface is formed. |
