<p>The vehicle has a body which constitutes a rim (1) of a wheel and installed horizontally on an upper battening bar (5) till a foot (9). The foot constitutes a lower battening bar and places an air inflated cushion over the water. A body of the tyre (8) is hooked under the battening bar. The engine body is made of elastic material. A compressor is provided for supplying the air inflated cushion.</p>
