IMAGE SENSING APPARATUS FOR SENSING OF DEPTH IMAGE

An image sensing apparatus to obtain a depth image is provided. The image sensing apparatus can improve accuracy of the depth image by placing transmission gates and floating diffusion nodes of sub-pixels in a cross arrangement per pixel or row. In addition, when representing the depth pixel by binning a sensing signal of the sub-pixels, the image sensing apparatus can control the binning process for the depth pixels to cross each other.
