PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a database that enables a prostate cancer differential diagnosis having high estimation accuracy for limiting unnecessary economical, physical and mental pains to an inspected patient as much as possible.SOLUTION: The database includes: an inspection diagnostic performance table that manages an AUC and an optimum cutoff value with mobility in electrophoresis waveform data of a capillary electrophoresis inspection having at least a disease name code and a blood serum corresponding to the prostate cancer measured as a specimen as a main key; and a diagnostic characteristic table that manages sensitivity and specificity with at least the disease code corresponding to the prostate cancer, the mobility in the electrophoresis waveform data and the cutoff value as the main key, and performs multi-level subordination to the inspection diagnostic performance table for each cutoff value. |
