PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical device that is adaptable to high voltage, but can be designed to be thin.SOLUTION: An electrochemical device has a first element 10, a second element 20, a package sheet 4 covering the first element and the second element, and a partition sheet 30 which is laminated between the first element and the second element and separates first electrolyte solution and second electrolyte solution from each other in the package sheet. A through-hole 32 penetrating to the front and back surfaces is formed in the partition sheet 30. A first internal electrode 17 is fluid-tightly fixed to the partition sheet 30 so that an electrode portion 22 formed on one surface of the first internal electrode approximate to the partition sheet 30 is hermetically inserted in the through-hole 32, and the first internal electrode 17 fixed to the partition sheet 30 also serves as any one second internal electrode 26 in a second element 20. |
