<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device in which stability of a temperature of a crystal vibration piece is high and the temperature becomes stable in a short time.SOLUTION: A crystal device (100) includes: a crystal vibration piece (110) in which a pair of excitation electrodes (111) and a pair of extraction electrodes (112) are formed; a package (120) in which a bottom part (120) is formed in a rectangular shape, side faces (120a, 120b) are formed so as to surround one face of the bottom part, a pair of connection electrodes (124) are formed, and a first recess part (121) mounting the crystal vibration piece is formed by bonding the pair of extraction electrodes with the pair of connection electrodes via a conductive adhesive (152a); and a lid plate (130). Further, through electrodes (126a, 126b) penetrating from the bottom part to the lid plate are formed in each of four side faces of the package, and earth terminals (125a) electrically connected to the lid plate and the through electrodes are formed in a lower face of the package.</p> |
