摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a seismic retrofit structure using a T-type steel frame and concrete that can be constructed without modifying the structure of the existing building structure and reducing the cross section, and can protect the structure against earthquake by securing the strength and retrofitting the weak portions, such as corners, and a seismic retrofit method. The seismic retrofit structure installed in an inner or outer wall of a building or a chassis of the structure includes a T-type steel frame (10) having a horizontal portion (11) and a vertical portion (12) extending from the center of the horizontal portion at a right angle, in which the horizontal portion is supported by a beam (1), a floor (2) and a column (3) of the structure, and the horizontal portions at the both sides of the vertical portion are fixed to the structure by an anchor (13); a steel bar (20) fixed to the T-type steel frame and having a plurality of tie bars (21) arranged at regular intervals and a plurality of vertical bars (22) arranged along the tie bars; a concrete reinforcing part (30) placed in the T-type steel frame and the steel bar; and a fixing bracket (40) having an upper reinforcing portion supported by the beam of the structure, a lower reinforcing portion supported by the floor of the structure, and left and right reinforcing portions supported by the column of the structure.</p>
