Provided are an array substrate, a method for manufacturing same, a touch panel and a display device. The array substrate comprises a base substrate, and a gate line (6), a data line (7) and a common electrode layer that are formed on the base substrate. A pixel unit is defined by the gate line (6) and the data line (7). The common electrode layer comprises a touch scanning electrode (1) and a touch sensing electrode (2), the touch scanning electrode (1) being used for loading a common electrode signal within a display time period and loading a touch scanning signal within a touch time period, and the touch sensing electrode (2) being used for loading the common electrode signal within the display time period and outputting a touch sensing signal within the touch time period. Since the touch scanning electrode (1) and the touch sensing electrode (2) are formed in the common electrode layer, no new film layer needs to be additionally provided on the array substrate, and no new technological procedure is required during manufacturing, so that the production costs are lowered, and the production efficiency is improved.
