PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe capable of detecting a certain specific SNP (rs8103142) related to Hepatitis C simply, efficiently, and inexpensively.SOLUTION: This invention provides a probe for detecting rs8103142, consisting of the following (A) or (B) polynucleotide. (A) is the polynucleotide comprising bases from 5' end to 23rd base and consisting of any of consecutive 14-28 bases, in a specific base sequence expressed by a specific sequence number, or (B) is the polynucleotide comprising bases from 5' end to 17th base, and consisting of any of consecutive 14 to 28 bases, in a base sequence expressed by other specific sequence number or further other specific sequence number. |
