PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handling jig which is used for handling an article without touching the article with a bare hand, has a simple structure, and is easily used.SOLUTION: A handling jig 1 includes: an absorption member 10 including a hollow trunk part 10T where a first opening 10B1 and a second opening 10B2 are formed and a sucker 10A formed around the first opening 10B1; a first member 20 which holds the absorption member 10; a second member 30 which is provided so as to move relative to the first member 20 between a first position and a second position; and a biasing member 40 which biases the second member 30 toward the first position or the second position. In the first position, the second member 30 closes the second opening 10B2 of the absorption member 10. In the second position, the second member 30 opens the second opening 10B2 of the absorption member 10.
