<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve tire simulation precision.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for creating a tire model formed by modeling a tire with finite number of elements for calculating by numerical calculation a pneumatic tire which is subjected to vulcanization molding by a mold and then taken out from the mold, and then cooled. The method comprises: a step S1 for inputting a first tire model having a cross section based on a tire cross section in the mold; a temperature setting step S2 for setting a temperature condition including temperature during vulcanization molding and temperature after cooling to the respective elements of the first tire model; and a step S3 for calculating a second tire model formed by contracting the first tire model using a thermal contraction condition based on temperature reduction from the temperature during vulcanization molding to the temperature after cooling. In the temperature setting step S2, the temperature during vulcanization molding set to the first tire model, is different on the tire surface side and on the tire inner side from each other.</p> |
