<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential signal transmission circuit that implements a suppressed electromagnetic interference and an improved surge resistance characteristic in addition to a higher communication speed.SOLUTION: A differential signal transmission circuit 100 has: a high side transistor M11 for outputting a high level of a differential signal, and a high side current adjustment section HC10 coupled to a gate thereof; and a low side transistor M21 for outputting a low level of the differential signal, and a low side current adjustment section LC20 coupled to a gate thereof. The high side current adjustment section HC10 and the low side current adjustment section LC20 include a switch SW11 and a switch SW21, respectively, and the switches are changed over by an input signal TX1 according to dominant and recessive logic values of the differential signal. Whether the differential signal is in a dominant or recessive period, the high side transistor M11 and the low side transistor M21 are continuously placed in an on state.</p> |
