<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly resolve an overshoot state of output voltage.SOLUTION: An output transistor 30 is provided between an input terminal 11 to which input voltage Vin is applied and an output terminal 12 to which output voltage Vo is applied, then gate voltage Vgate (control voltage Vcnt) of the output transistor 30 is created based on feedback voltage Vref corresponding to the output voltage Vo. A discharge circuit 50 forms or blocks a cable run (discharge path) between a ground and the output terminal 12 based on relationship of the input voltage Vin and the gate voltage Vgate. When gate voltage Vgate (approximately equal to Vin) corresponding to an overshoot state of the output voltage Vo is generated, a FET 53 between the output terminal 12 and the ground is turned on through turning on of a FET 52 in the discharge circuit 50,.</p> |
