PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide novel high affinity antibodies and fragments thereof which bind to cancer antigen PSCA (prostate stem cell antigen).SOLUTION: An antigen binding protein construct is selected from the group consisting of a minibody, a diabody, and scFv-Fc, where the selected construct has VL and VH domains that are substantially identical respectively to the VL and VH domains of an anti-PSCA antibody. The construct may be used for cancer diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, visualization, etc. Also provided is a method of detecting, visualizing and treating various cancers expressing PSCAs. |
