PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device and a program that are able to avoid reduction in data security and simplify destination instruction operation.SOLUTION: A communication device (1) comprises: an authentication unit (4) for authenticating a user; a holding unit (5) for holding job history information including a transmitter and destinations of "To," "Cc," "Bcc", and "Fax" in a past job per job; an input unit (2) for inputting an instruction to specify a destination of data from the job history information; an extraction unit (4) for extracting job history information including an authenticated user in any one of the transmitter and the destinations if an instruction specifying the destination of data was input from the job history information; a display unit (4) for displaying of a list of all destinations included in the extracted job history information; and setting unit (4) for setting a destination selected by the user among the destinations displayed in the list as a destination of the data. |
