<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor capable of suppressing the deterioration of detection accuracy.SOLUTION: At a part opposing to a sensor portion 40 on one surface 11a of a case 10, adjusting members 50 and 60b are disposed, wherein the adjusting members 50 and 60b are formed of material having a smaller difference in thermal expansion coefficient between them and the sensor portion 40 than a difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the sensor portion 40 and resin forming the case 10. Thus, the thermal expansion coefficient of the one surface 11a of the case 10 on which the sensor portion 40 is mounted can be brought closer to the thermal expansion coefficient of the sensor portion 40. Consequently, the thermal stress itself generated between the sensor portion 40 and the case 10 can be decreased, and the deterioration of the detection accuracy can be suppressed.</p> |
