The present invention relates to an outdoor lighting apparatus using both air cooling and water cooling. The outdoor lighting apparatus using both air cooling and water cooling includes: a printed circuit board which a plurality of light emitting devices is installed on; a lower plate which the printed circuit board is closely combined with and a first air passage is formed on; an upper plate which is installed on the top of the lower plate and a second air passage to penetrate the first air passage is formed on; and a ball which opens the entry of the second air passage or closes by being pushed up by rainwater flowing along a linear groove of the lower plate. The light emitting devices are cooled by air flowing through the first and second air passages or are cooled by rainwater flowing along the linear groove. |
